It Always Starts…

SCROLL DOWN

It Always Starts…

…with an idea.

What idea is that, you ask? Well, it's been a long time coming. As a designer of more than 10 years, I felt it was time to develop a website for myself. Not an earth shattering notion, I know, but I approached this task just like any other design project brought before me.

I thought, "I'm finally starting this website. How do I want to tell my story? And how will my story change over the coming weeks, months and years?"

"This approach of thinking in the present and looking to the future has never failed me before, better put it to the test again to showcase my work", I assured myself.

And there I go again, getting wrapped up in my work, and I didn't even introduce myself.

My name is Stephen Cranshaw. I am a designer, husband and dad, yes in that order of how it occurred, but of course, not in order of importance.

Well, now that you are here, look and click around. Find out more about me and all that happens when I start something.

Also, if you are so inclined, click that little button thingy below and contact me if you'd like to chat about… about anything really.

…with a lot of great employers and brands over the years…

…where I've produced hundreds, if not thousands of pieces.

From packaging, ad creation, catalog layout, photography art direction and to a 7,000 square foot trade show booth, I've designed it all.

But if you'd like to see a few more projects that I've worked on, click…

…to finish, it’s the only way I know to work.

Conceive:

Come up with that "I've got it!!!" idea.

Compare:

make sure it's fresh, new and innovative.

Communicate:

Verbalize the ideas with the stakeholders.

Continue:

Persevere through the Challenges.

Complete:

Get the job to the finish line at all costs.

Coincidence?

Cranshaw starts with a “C” too…
